Despite the holiday season, 38 enthusiastic students from Bukit Mertajam High School (SMK Tinggi Bukit Mertajam) visited ViTrox Academy at ViTrox Campus 2.0 on 18 September 2024. This visit aimed to expose young minds to potential job opportunities in the market and ignite their interest in STEM through engaging workshops and interactive activities.
ViTrox Academy prepared an exciting career exploration game, designed to help students better understand the range of careers available within a tech company. The game provided insights into the diverse roles and responsibilities, offering them a broader understanding of the career spectrum and encouraging them to explore various paths in the STEM fields.
During the campus tour, students had the unique opportunity to witness the cutting-edge technology shaping the industry and learn about current market and industrial trends. Their overwhelming enthusiasm, reflected in their numerous questions and keen interest, energized the ViTrox team.
The curiosity shown by the students not only highlighted their passion for the technology sector but also fueled a vibrant and interactive atmosphere during the workshops and activities.We believe that all students left the campus inspired, with a greater understanding of the exciting opportunities the technology industry offers.
In line with the positive feedback from this visit, we are considering the possibility of establishing an annual collaboration with Bukit Mertajam High School to continue hosting these meaningful and inspiring visits at ViTrox Academy. The collaboration between ViTrox Academy and Bukit Mertajam High School showcased the impact of early exposure to STEM careers, and ViTrox Academy looks forward to inspiring more young minds in the future.
