On December 19, ViTrox College welcomed 80 students from Chung Hwa Confucian High School (CHCHS) for a day of exploration and hands-on learning. The event aimed to provide students with valuable insights into their potential future studies and career paths, offering them the chance to engage with innovative fields and gain practical experience.

The day began with an interactive "Guess My Career" activity, a career exploration game that allowed students to discover various roles within a company. This engaging session helped students understand the diverse career opportunities available to them and sparked their curiosity about different industries.

Students then participated in two workshops – 3D Hologram and Pinhole Camera. In the 3D Hologram workshop, students were introduced to the principles of digital imaging and learned about the technology behind creating holograms. The Pinhole Camera workshop provided a hands-on exploration of lens-less photography, giving students the opportunity to understand how the principle of light helped to capture images during the ancient time.

A key highlight of the visit was the campus tour, where students had the opportunity to explore ViTrox’s facilities, including the mechatronics and computer labs, manufacturing floor, office areas and more. As an industry-centric college, ViTrox offers a unique learning environment that integrates theoretical knowledge with real-world applications. The tour gave students a deeper understanding of how a tech-driven educational institution prepares students for careers in advanced industries.

The day was filled with engaging activities, hands-on learning, and moments of inspiration. We look forward to seeing these curious and determined students shape the future!
