It was a proud and inspiring moment as our students played an integral role in making the Penang CNY celebration (庙会 Miaohui) a remarkable community-wide success. From dedicating their time to showcasing their skills, our students truly embodied the spirit of this festive event.
Their creativity shone through as they took on the challenge of designing and DIY-ing engaging traditional games, such as batu seremban, pitch-pot, and Chinese bowling. These interactive games allowed the public to experience the simple joys of cultural traditions while bringing people together across generations.
Not only did our students excel as game masters, leading and guiding participants, but they also showed incredible leadership by sourcing donations, adding to the event's festive energy with their commitment to the spirit of giving.
Despite the scorching weather, their enthusiasm never wavered. They infused every corner of the celebration with the passion and joy of volunteering, ensuring the event was nothing short of a radiant success. Their dedicated efforts truly made the event shine brighter! 👏🎉🥳
