ViTrox College and UTAR have officially strengthened their collaboration with a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed on August 12, 2022, at UTAR Kampar Campus. The agreement was formalized by UTAR President Ir Prof Dato’ Dr Ewe Hong Tat and ViTrox Academy Principal Dr Low Chee Kong, alongside distinguished witnesses and academic leaders from both institutions.
This MoU paves the way for seamless credit transfers from ViTrox College’s diploma programmes to UTAR’s undergraduate degrees, enhancing academic progression opportunities for students. The collaboration also fosters joint research projects, knowledge exchange, and industry-relevant initiatives, including staff attachments, curriculum development, and participation in conferences and seminars.
Through this partnership, UTAR students will benefit from industrial study visits and exposure to real-world applications, equipping them with valuable skills for future careers. Additionally, both institutions will work together on community engagement projects, reinforcing their shared commitment to societal impact through education and innovation. Featured In: UTAR HERE
