We are honoured that our Academic Head, Ir. Dr. Koay Loke Kean, had the opportunity to represent ViTrox Corporation Berhad at the recent Asia Pacific Semiconductor Summit and Expo (16-17 October 2024) in a panel discussion on Cultivating STEM Talents in the Asia Pacific.
Ir. Dr. Koay Loke Kean humbly shared ViTrox Corporation Berhad’s experience bridging the gap between academic institutions and the industry through Work-Based Learning (WBL), highlighting its potential to better prepare students for real-world challenges. He also spoke about the importance of nurturing a strong company culture in retaining talent, something we continually strive to improve at ViTrox.
