ViTrox Education Supports Collaborative Hardware Donation to Support Technical Education at ADTEC / ILP Nibong Tebal
Representatives from ADTEC / ILP Nibong Tebal, the Buddhist Tzu Chi Foundation, and ViTrox Academy participated in the hardware handover ceremony, celebrating a collaborative effort to support the daily teaching and learning experiences of technical students.
NIBONG TEBAL, PENANG (19 JUNE 2026) — A collaborative effort to support and improve technical education resources was celebrated during a hardware handover ceremony at ADTEC / ILP Nibong Tebal on 19 June 2026. This initiative, which brings together community, industry, and academic partners, aims to provide students with better access to essential practical education learning tools.
The initiative began during the initial phase of the ViTrox TVET K-Youth Programme, when ViTrox TVET approached ADTEC / ILP Nibong Tebal to explore a collaborative approach for sharing instructional talent and training spaces. Through these open discussions, ViTrox Academy learned about the ongoing infrastructure challenges and equipment shortages the institution faces.

To help bridge this resource gap, the Buddhist Tzu Chi Foundation stepped in as the primary contributor, generously donating the necessary hardware. ViTrox Academy acted as the collaborator for the initiative, coordinating and bridging communication between the organisations to help bring it to fruition. Even though the teaching collaboration ultimately could not take place due to shifting circumstances, ViTrox TVET remained deeply committed to its promise. It returned to the campus to deliver the hardware, as supporting local education transcends any single programme.
The partners sincerely hope that these newly acquired assets will be fully utilised to enrich the daily teaching and learning (PdP) experience, giving engineering and technical students hands-on access to the equipment they need. This handover is seen not as a final step but as a promising beginning that paves the way for future collaborative initiatives to empower local students and educators.
